• Personalized Readings: Are custom-created for you and delivered as an audio recording via WhatsApp. By purchasing this service, you consent to us contacting you via the WhatsApp number provided at checkout. Please allow up to 7 days from the time of purchase for the delivery of your audio recording.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time.

SECTION 3 - RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. Our refund policy varies depending on the type of digital item purchased:

• E-books: You have the right to request a return and full refund for any e-book purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Personalized Readings: Because these audio recordings are highly customized and created specifically for your individual request, they are strictly non-refundable once the order is placed and the service has begun.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, particularly your email address and WhatsApp phone number, so that we can complete your digital deliveries and contact you as needed.
