SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

OKENA, LLC operates as a digital-only storefront. We provide digital products (e-books) and personalized digital services (custom audio readings).
Because we do not sell physical goods, no items will be shipped to a physical postal address. Therefore, no physical shipping fees or transit times apply to your orders. Please review our delivery methods and timeframes below to understand how you will receive your purchases.
SECTION 1 - E-BOOK DELIVERY (INSTANT)
All e-books available in our store are delivered digitally.

Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, you will immediately be redirected to a confirmation page containing a direct download link for your e-book. Additionally, an email containing the same download link will be automatically sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

Delivery Time: Instant / Within minutes of purchase confirmation.

Issues: If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact our support team.
SECTION 2 - PERSONALIZED READINGS (AUDIO RECORDINGS)
Our personalized readings are custom-made services created specifically for you based on your request.

Delivery Method: Once your personalized reading is complete, it will be delivered to you directly as an audio recording file via WhatsApp.

Delivery Time: Please allow a maximum of 7 days from the date your order is placed and payment is confirmed to receive your customized audio file.

Your Responsibility: To ensure smooth delivery, it is your responsibility to provide a valid, active WhatsApp phone number (including your country code) at checkout. If the provided number is incorrect or not registered on WhatsApp, your delivery will be delayed until we can reach you.
SECTION 3 - FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERIES
While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, unforeseen technical issues can occasionally occur.

E-books: If your download link is broken or the file fails to open, contact us immediately for a replacement link.

Personalized Readings: If 7 days have passed since your order confirmation and you have not received a WhatsApp message from us, please reach out to our support team with your order number.
